Evaluations are not mandatory, but are recommended for athletes interested in working with us. They establish a baseline and provide a firsthand look at how we run our training.

off-season Memberships

(september–March)

A structured, data-driven training program using technology normally only seen in college and professional environments, built to increase velocity, improve movement efficiency, and develop durable, high-performing arms. Each athlete follows a progressive plan that integrates throwing development, strength and power training, and targeted mobility work.

Using advanced tools like TrackMan and VALD force plate testing, we identify what’s driving performance and apply it directly to your training. Every session is intentional, measurable, and designed to transfer to on-field results.

Athletes are coached through a proven progression that prioritizes arm health, mechanical efficiency, and long-term development while pushing for meaningful gains in velocity and performance.
